What to Expect
Your treatment begins with a personalized skin assessment to evaluate your concerns, skin type, and suitability for IPL.
During treatment, a specialized handpiece delivers controlled pulses of light to the treatment area. You may experience a brief snapping or warming sensation.
Treatment generally takes approximately 20–45 minutes, depending on the area.
Following treatment, temporary redness, mild swelling, or darkening of pigmented spots may occur. Darkened spots may gradually flake away over the following days.
A series of treatments may be recommended depending on the extent of sun damage, redness, and pigmentation.
